Job Profile: Customer Relationship Manager
Ensuring 100% customer response, enquiry management & follow-up monitoring. Responsible for IT systems & MIS. Quality of sales, customer grievance handling.
Age: 25 to 35 years.
Salary: Exp. Salary up to Rs.35, 000
Mandatory For Profiles:
Excellent command over English
Good people management skills with high level of empathy.
Should be well informed, alert, receptive and organized.
Must have good communication and listening skills with pleasing personality.
Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to resolve softer concerns amicably, on the spot.
Should be passionate and capable to impart soft skills training to team member
Preferable from Telecom, Hospitality, Aviation, Insurance, Banking /Finance& other service industries
